Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the Credaxe platform and credaxe.com. It applies to all users including property owners, property managers, administrators, and any other individuals with access to a Credaxe workspace.

Credaxe is built on the integrity of concession data. Any attempt to manipulate, falsify, or misrepresent data submitted to the platform undermines outcomes for residents and other users. Such actions may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Resident Treatment

Credaxe is designed to improve fairness and transparency for residents. Users must not use the platform in ways that discriminate against residents on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other protected class under applicable fair housing laws.

6. System Integrity

You must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Credaxe systems without written authorization. See our Security Policy for responsible disclosure guidelines.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of access, at Credaxe's sole discretion. Credaxe reserves the right to report illegal activity to law enforcement. If you believe another user is violating this policy, report it to all@credaxe.com.
