1. Overview

The Credaxe name, logo, and visual identity are trademarks of Credaxe. This Brand and Logo Policy explains how third parties may and may not use Credaxe brand assets. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or logos is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

2. The Credaxe Brand Assets

Credaxe brand assets include, but are not limited to:

• The name "Credaxe" and "CREDAXE"
• The Credaxe logo (the house-and-dollar-sign icon combined with the CREDAXE wordmark)
• The Credaxe teal-and-gold color palette when used in combination with the name or logo
• Any taglines, slogans, or marketing phrases developed by Credaxe

3. Permitted Uses

You may use Credaxe brand assets only in the following circumstances and in accordance with the guidelines below:

• Referring to the platform: You may use the Credaxe name in plain text to accurately describe your use of the platform (e.g., "Powered by Credaxe" or "We use Credaxe for concession management").
• Press and editorial: Journalists and media may use the Credaxe name and logo to accurately report on the company, provided assets are reproduced without modification.
• Partner materials: Authorized Credaxe partners may use approved co-branded assets under a separate written agreement.

4. Logo Usage Guidelines

When you are permitted to use the Credaxe logo:

• Use only the official, unmodified logo files provided by Credaxe
• Maintain clear space around the logo equal to the height of the "C" in CREDAXE
• Do not alter the colors, proportions, or arrangement of logo elements
• Do not place the logo on backgrounds that reduce legibility
• Do not animate, distort, rotate, or apply effects to the logo
• Minimum display size is 120px wide for digital use

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Use Credaxe brand assets in any way that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without written permission
• Incorporate the Credaxe name or logo into your own product name, company name, or domain name
• Register trademarks, domain names, social media handles, or app store listings that include "Credaxe" or confusingly similar variations
• Use Credaxe brand assets in connection with illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Modify the logo in any way, including changing colors, adding elements, or combining it with other logos
• Use the logo as a profile picture or avatar on social media accounts not owned by Credaxe

6. Requesting Permission

For uses not covered above, or to request official brand assets, contact us at all@credaxe.com. Please include a description of the intended use, the context (product, publication, event), and mockups or examples if available. We will respond within 10 business days.

7. Reporting Misuse

If you believe Credaxe brand assets are being used improperly by a third party, please notify us at all@credaxe.com with a description and any supporting evidence.

8. Changes to This Policy

Credaxe may update this Brand and Logo Policy at any time. Continued use of Credaxe brand assets after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
