Credaxe provides an AI-powered utility concession management platform designed for property owners, property managers, and residential operators across multifamily, single family, student housing, short-term rental, vacation home, and affordable housing portfolios. The Service enables structured intake, AI-assisted review, approval workflows, analytics, and audit documentation for utility concession requests.
To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify Credaxe immediately at all@credaxe.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter contracts to use the Service.
Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan details are presented at the time of purchase and may be updated with prior notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate agreement.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the Service to:

You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. You grant Credaxe a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, algorithms, trademarks, and content created by Credaxe, are owned by Credaxe or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets beyond what is expressly permitted in our Brand and Logo Policy.
Each party may have access to confidential information of the other in connection with the Service. Each party agrees to protect such confidential information with at least the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information, and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Credaxe does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated recommendations will be accurate or complete.
AI recommendations provided by the Service are decision-support tools only. All final concession decisions remain the responsibility of the user.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credaxe and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Credaxe's total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the fees paid by you to Credaxe in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Credaxe and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Credaxe may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases and Credaxe may delete your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Credaxe may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
